Susan joined Axon in 2023 as the Distribution Manager on the Crisis Management team bringing more than 30 years of insurance knowledge.  Proven success in Risk Management and Middle Market insurance programs, developing sales opportunities and strategizing with clients and brokers.  Susan spent many years in Account Executive and Service Management positions at Starr, AIG, Marsh and Aon.  Exceeding client expectations is the overall goal of Susan’s service and delivery efforts.  Introducing Axon’s Crisis Management products to clients and brokers will be the primary focus of Susan’s energy. Susan is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in Economics.
