Alex Pittignano is a Senior Vice President & Partner with Axon Underwriting bringing 20 years of diverse insurance underwriting and leadership experience. Alex’s professional experience includes underwriting and leadership positions with American International Underwriters, Starr Companies, and Allianz Global and Corporate Solutions. Alex has spent much of his insurance career underwriting and leading Crisis Management divisions offering Product Recall Insurance, Kidnap, Ransom, and Extortion Insurance, and 1st and 3rd Party Political Violence Insurance.  Alex’s experience also includes Political Risk, Environmental Impairment Liability, and Primary and Excess Casualty. He is a graduate of Manhattan College with degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
