Catherine joined Axon in February 2025 as a Technical Assistant for the Middle Market Package team. Since then, she has played a key role in consolidating and streamlining billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payments, and general recordkeeping. In addition to her billing responsibilities, Catherine supports the underwriting process end-to-end, including submission intake and setup for both new business and renewals, as well as policy binding and issuance.

Catherine previously worked as a Property & Casualty insurance consultant, where she specialized in customer support and client retention. Her expertise in building relationships and understanding client needs has been instrumental in driving success across the insurance industry.

Catherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University, with concentrations in Information Technology and Finance. She also earned certifications in Business Analytics and Supply Chain Management.
