Dylan is the Quality Control and Underwriting Support Specialist for Axon’s Crisis Management team. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and brings over four years of industry experience.

Before joining Axon, Dylan worked in financial services for three years and served as a Personal Lines Underwriter for a major insurance carrier, where he strengthened his underwriting expertise and client service skills.
