Glen has more than 27 years of experience in underwriting, team leadership, and product development across Professional Liability and Cyber insurance.

 

He began his career at Reliance National, where he underwrote Miscellaneous Professional Liability and built a strong foundation evaluating specialized professional risks. In 2002, Glen joined Arch Capital, where he helped establish and grow the firm’s Professional Liability department. During his time at Arch, he also worked closely with colleague and mentor Betty Shepherd to help launch one of the industry’s earliest Cyber insurance products.

 

Glen later joined RSUI, a leading wholesale-focused specialty lines carrier, where he continued to expand his expertise in Professional Liability and Cyber underwriting while collaborating with a team of seasoned professionals across multiple professional lines. As Vice President and Team Lead, Glen and his team grew their portfolio into one of the largest and successful groups within RSUI’s Professional Liability department.

 

Throughout his career, Glen has maintained a consistent focus on Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Technology, and Cyber risks, while also underwriting programs for Real Estate Professionals, Lawyers Professional Liability, Insurance Agents E&O, and open brokerage placements including Allied Health and Architects & Engineers Professional Liability.

 

Glen has long been engaged with the broader cyber risk community. After serving as a panelist at the inaugural NetDiligence Cyber Risk Conference, he has remained active in the industry dialogue, continuously engaging with peers and experts to deepen his insight and perspective on the rapidly evolving cyber marketplace.
