Melody is an Underwriting Technical Assistant on Axon’s Professional Liability team. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Georgia and an M.A. in Cross-Cultural Communication and International Management from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom.

Originally from Athens, GA, Melody spent several years living in Newcastle Upon Tyne, where she deepened her intercultural communication skills and broadened her professional network—an experience that ultimately led her to the business insurance industry.

Prior to joining Axon, Melody worked in medical billing, insurance, financial services, and wholesale brokerage, with a focus on account management and client/broker relations.
