A graduate of the University of Georgia, Anthropology, BA and Newcastle University, Cross-Cultural Communication and International Management, MA.

Melody grew up in Athens, GA and in 2015 moved to Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. She called Newcastle her home until 2017, which enhanced her intercultural communication and network reach, which ultimately led to discovering the business insurance industry. Prior to joining Axon, Melody had roles in medical billing, insurance, financial institution, and wholesale brokerage fields. These roles focused on account management and client/broker relations.
