Rafaela is joining Axon Marine as a Senior Technical Assistant with extensive experience supporting Underwriters and working in Ocean and Inland Marine. Based in Texas, she is passionate about delivering exceptional support and contributing to team success.

Outside of work, Ela enjoys baking, visiting the beach, and spending time with her family. She is a proud mom of two daughters who keep her busy with school, dance, and 4H activities.
