Sam joined Axon in May 2021 as part of the Axon Professional Liability underwriting team where she focuses on Architects and Engineers as well as Miscellaneous Professional Liability. Sam comes to Axon with 21 years of Errors and Omissions experience having held underwriting positions at The Hartford, ACE, Chubb, Hiscox and most recently, Argo. Her areas of practice are mainly A&E, Contractors, Real Estate Developers, MPL, Employed Lawyers and Media Liability.

Sam carries a New York State Property & Casualty license and is certified by the Superintendent of the State of New York Insurance Department to act as an instructor on behalf of the New York Insurance Department of Continuing Education Program for Directors & Officers and Errors & Omissions courses. Sam also carries a B.S. from St. Francis College.
