Sherrie joins Axon as a Compliance and Human Resources Director and has over 20 years’ experience in custom Human Resource solutions for all stages of the employment life cycle. She specializes in recruiting, training, performance management, development and implementation of policies and employee relations.

Prior to joining Axon, Sherrie spent 8 years with a high growth private consulting firm as their HR Director, designing and directing all phases of HR, benefits and payroll while fostering employee engagement and maximizing efficiency within HR.

Sherrie’s professional experience includes 13 years with Willis of Florida as Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for HR, Finance and Office Administration for 5 Florida locations. Sherrie also spent 5 years with Wachovia/Wells Fargo Insurance Services as Vice President and the Southeastern Region’s Human Resources Consultant and Employee Benefits Specialist, providing HR solutions, training and support to both P&C and EB clients.

Sherrie attended St. Leo College and holds certifications as a Senior Certified HR Professional with both SHRM and HRCI.
