Yashi Gray is a Senior Underwriter on Axon’s Cargo and Stock Throughput team, based in New York. She brings more than seven years of global insurance experience, beginning her career as a broker across Turkey, the Middle East and Africa region before transitioning into underwriting roles in the United States. Her international background gives her a well‑rounded perspective on risk, client needs, and portfolio management, and she is known for her analytical approach and strong technical expertise.
Yashi is committed to delivering thoughtful underwriting solutions and contributing to high‑performing, collaborative teams. Her global outlook and diverse experience make her a valuable addition to Axon.
Outside of work, Yashi enjoys spending time with her family. She recently got married on Valentine’s Day and continues to stay active in the modeling industry as a signed model, having previously worked in Europe before beginning her insurance career.
