Brad is recognized for combining strong technical underwriting discipline with practical business development and distribution management. He is passionate about supporting broker partners and helping organizations achieve sustainable, profitable growth through thoughtful underwriting and collaborative relationships.

His career includes leadership roles within both national carriers and MGA environments. Most recently, Brad served as Principal Underwriter, Professional Lines at Business Risk Partners, where he supported portfolio growth, profitability, and broker relations. He has also held management positions with V3 Insurance Partners, Chubb and Westchester, and Tokio Marine Philadelphia Insurance Company.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Shepherd University. He holds a Pennsylvania property and casualty license and has earned the CPCU, RPLU, ASLI, and ARe professional designations.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, his college‑aged twins, and the family dog, Sport. He is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular interest in watersports and pickleball.
