Jennifer Allen is a Senior Technical Assistant with Axon Pro, bringing more than 11 years of experience in insurance operations and an additional five years of experience in healthcare. She began her insurance career in 2007 as an Underwriting Assistant with Zurich Environmental, where she supported rating, quoting, and the management of underwriting portfolios.

In 2013, Jennifer joined Hiscox, where she played a key role in piloting and launching the Executive Risks quoting process through the service delivery center. She later led the Professional Liability Underwriting Assistant team before transitioning into human resources as an HR Assistant. Most recently, Jennifer worked in healthcare as an HRIS Technology and Analytics Consultant, partnering with stakeholders to enhance HR technology, reporting, and operational processes.

Jennifer brings a strong operational mindset, cross‑functional perspective, and commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. She is excited to apply her diverse background and return to the insurance industry as part of the Axon Pro team.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, hiking, birding, and gardening. She volunteers with a local humane society, supporting enrichment activities and taking shelter dogs on outings. At home, she shares her space with three dogs, Clover, Luna, and Milo, and three cats, Draco, Ursa, and Autumn.
