Keya is the Operations Manager for Axon’s Professional Liability division. She brings over 22 years of healthcare experience in patient care and business operations, as well as eight years of experience in commercial insurance.

Throughout her career, Keya has specialized in developing and managing efficient business processes, building systems that align with organizational goals, and overseeing teams to ensure consistent and accurate workflow. At Axon, she manages the Intake and Maintenance Underwriting Assistant teams and is instrumental in rewriting processes and training materials to promote continuity and operational excellence.

Keya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
